Patient Feedback

Patients are always welcome to give feedback on our Surgeries and our staff.

Feedback is always welcome as it lets us know what we are doing well and also where we might not be delivering the level of service you feel is appropriate. This will guide us what to keep doing and what to look at to try to improve.

If you do have an issue we would ask that you raise this with either our Practice Manager Colin Neal or our Patient Services Manager Carol Edwards to see if they can resolve your concerns.

Other ways to provide feedback are in writing, completing The Family and Friends forms that ask if you would recommend the surgery to your family and friends for a similar service to that which you have been seen for. Cards for this are available at all of the surgeries at the reception desk.
